Q: What's your role and what do you focus on day-to-day?
I’m the Associate Director of Administrative Services at Proof Insights, where I guide both the numbers and the culture that shape the company’s success. I oversee all aspects of accounting and financial operations—from day-to-day processes to strategic reporting—ensuring every dollar is accounted for and every report is accurate. I also manage vendor relationships, support investment strategies, and monitor company profitability. On the HR side, I lead recruitment and onboarding, administer employee benefits, and ensure regulatory compliance across all practices.
Q: What do you enjoy most about your work?
I love being part of a company that values both precision and people. Balancing finance and HR gives me the opportunity to support our business operations while also fostering a positive, transparent, and people-centered culture. Seeing the impact of that balance on our team’s success is very rewarding.
Q: How did you get started in research and analytics?
My journey began by supporting research initiatives from an operational and financial perspective. Over time, my focus on efficiency, accuracy, and collaboration naturally aligned with the needs of the research and analytics space, allowing me to contribute to the success of countless projects.
Q: What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
People might be surprised to learn that while I’m very detail-oriented at work, I also love to unwind by exploring new and interesting places - sometimes completely off the grid!
Q: What does your ideal vacation look like?
Relaxing at the beach is my idea of the perfect getaway. Add some time with family, a few adventures discovering local spots, and it’s the ideal trip.
Q: One thing you can’t live without?
My family. Spending time with them brings me so much joy and keeps everything in perspective.
