Q: What's your role and what do you focus on day-to-day?
In my role as a Research Analyst I collaborate with the research team to move every project from the initial idea to the finish line. Every project is unique, but we work together to ensure the highest standards of accuracy and relevance. I play a key role in client presentations and report development, translating statistical findings into accessible recommendations.

Q: What do you enjoy most about your work?
I enjoy being able to synthesize large volumes of data into meaningful narratives, and present them in visually engaging ways through our reports.

Q: How did you get started in research and analytics?
A mix of luck and learning! I started at PROOF in more of a support / reporting role based on my background in design and was able to grow into an analyst role through the support of the research team.

Q: What’s something people might be surprised to learn about you?
I’m a bit of a thrill-seeker, I've been skydiving – twice.

Q: What does your ideal vacation look like?
A road trip across the country, visiting small towns and state parks!

Q: One thing you can’t live without?
A pen and paper. I’m note-taking, list-making, and doodling on a daily basis.
