Two Research Projects. One Price. A June Offer for New PROOF Insights Customers

For new PROOF Insights customers, June is the right time to start a research project. Request a proposal between June 1 and June 30, 2026, and receive credit toward a second project.

For many organizations, the challenge is not deciding whether research is valuable. The challenge is deciding where to start.

You may have several questions competing for attention: Which market opportunity should we prioritize? How should we optimize pricing? What message will resonate with buyers? Are customers satisfied, loyal, or at risk? Which new product concept has the strongest chance of success?

Usually, budget realities force teams to choose one question and leave the others for later.

This June, PROOF Insights is making that decision easier.

From June 1 through June 30, 2026, new PROOF Insights customers who engage us for their first research project can receive a second project — up to the same fixed-fee value — at no additional fixed project cost. In other words: two market research projects, one price.

Why We’re Making This Offer

We believe the best way to understand the value of PROOF Insights is to experience our work firsthand.

Our approach is not built around generic templates or one-size-fits-all reporting. Every engagement is custom-crafted around the decision our client needs to make. We design the methodology, execute the research, analyze the findings, and translate the results into recommendations that help organizations move forward with greater confidence.

This promotion gives new clients a lower-risk way to see that process in action.

You can start with one priority research need, then use your second project credit toward another important business question once the first project is complete.

What Could You Use the Promotion For?

The offer is especially useful for organizations that have multiple decisions on the horizon.

For example, you might use the first project to:

  • Test messaging or positioning before a campaign launch

  • Understand customer needs, expectations, or unmet pain points

  • Evaluate new product, service, or feature concepts

  • Assess pricing strategy or willingness to pay

  • Explore buyer journeys, decision drivers, or churn risk

  • Measure brand awareness, perceptions, or competitive position

Then, your second project could build on what you learned.

A company might begin with qualitative interviews to understand the “why” behind customer behavior, then use the second project for quantitative validation. Another organization might start with concept testing, then use the second project to refine pricing, claims, packaging, or go-to-market strategy.

That is the real advantage of this offer: it allows research to become a sequence of connected decisions, rather than a single isolated project.

How the Promotion Works

The terms are straightforward.

To qualify, you must be a new PROOF Insights customer and request a proposal through the promotion page during June 2026. Once the first project is proposed, accepted, and executed, you receive a credit equal to the fixed fees paid for that first project. That credit can be applied to a second project within 90 days after completion of the first project.

If the second project is the same fixed-fee value or less, the fixed project fees are waived. If the second project is larger, only the overage is billed normally. Sampling and fieldwork expenses are billed separately at standard rates.

Why June Is the Right Time to Start

Midyear is an ideal time to plan research that supports second-half decisions and 2027 strategy.

If your team needs evidence before making decisions about product development, messaging, customer experience, pricing, brand strategy, market entry, or audience growth, this promotion creates a practical way to stretch your research investment.

It also gives you flexibility. You do not need to decide on both projects immediately. You can begin with the most urgent research question now and determine how to use the second project credit after the first project is complete.
